Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Step 1: Create your dough by mixing the baking powder

    Heat a saucepan filled about 1/3 full with water.

    Bring the water to a simmer and place a bowl in the saucepan.

    Add the chocolate and butter in the bowl and stir & melt both ingredients.

    Remove the bowl from the heat. , Measure and pour the vanilla essence to the bowl.

    Stir again. , Fold and mix everything together.

    Cover the bowl with cling film and place it in the refrigerator for about an hour and a half. ,, Place the finished dough balls onto the baking tray. , When they come out of the oven, sprinkle some more icing sugar on them.

    Let them cool on a cooling rack.
