Add 3 tsp. brown sugar and cinnamon; mix well.
Add flour and stir to form a soft dough. -
Step 2: dissolve yeast in warm water.
Allow to rise for 1 hour. , Push your thumb through the center to form a hole.
Stretch and shape dough to form an even ring.
Place on floured surface.
Cover and let rest for 10
