You'll need: 100g coconut oil 1 cup icing/powdered sugar 1/2 cup cocoa 3/4 cup coconut (desiccated) 1/2 cup sultanas 1 teaspoon vanilla extract or essence 1/2 cup nuts, chopped (optional) Extra desiccated or shredded coconut for coating. -
Step 2: Melt the coconut oil.
If it is already melted, then skip this step., Blend or process until a smooth paste is formed., Take about one teaspoon's worth of mixture and shape a ball from it., Place the completed ball on a baking tray or sheet lined with parchment or greaseproof paper., Place a cover of kitchen food wrap over the top., Allow to sit for half an hour to an hour, or until set., If not serving the same day, store in an airtight container in the fridge. -
