Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Step 1: Preheat the oven to 180ºC (350ºF) or 160ºC fan-forced.

    Prepare the lamington pan by lining it with baking (parchment) paper, and approximately 5cm (2") over the top edges.
  2. Step 2: Crack the eggs into a mixing bowl.

    Beat them using an electric mixer for 10 minutes.
