Step 1: Pre-heat your oven to 360 degrees F or 180 degrees C.
Press down very carefully against the edges of the mould; you may tear the pastry in the process.

Gently prick the bottom of the dough with a fork to make tiny holes., Fill the sheet with the dried beans and place the mold on the side for now.
