Step 1: Preheat an oven to 425 °F (218 °C) and grease 2 baking sheets.
Spread them out until they are in the shape of an oval and are approximately 6" by 3".
You should be able to fit only about 4 "cookie-wafers" on each baking sheet. ,,,,, DO not let them cool, so work quickly, otherwise they'll be too stiff to roll and hard to fix.
The filling will become burnt, if you leave them on to bake a few moments longer, and it's a pain to have to rework the chocolate into the cookie again. -
Step 2: Mix together all the ingredients
