Step 1: Cut six long strands of coloured wool or thread.
Any colour will do.
Make sure each strand is at least twenty centimetres in length. -
Step 2: Cluster the strands together to make a thick rope of strands.
Tie a knot at the top, and pull tightly. , Keep two strands in each section. , A good way to plait is to tape the knot at the top of the bracelet to a table or something, and work from there.
If you like, ask a friend to hold it while you plait.
