Step 1: Prepare the vegetables.
Remove the stems from the shiitake & white mushrooms and the asparagus.
Cut the garlic cloves in two.
Cut the zucchini in quarters and then in six pieces. -
Step 2: Create the dipping sauce.
In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce and grated daikon together.
Set it aside for later use. , Add the vegetable oil to a heated skillet or griddle.
Add the garlic in the skillet and sauté the garlic in the oil.
This will make the pan have a garlic flavor to it.
On the side, you can season the steak with salt and pepper.
Remove the grilled garlic and then place the steak in the pan.
Grill it, along with the vegetables.
Flip the steak over when it's slightly browned.
Carefully pour sake in the pan for extra flavor.
Cover the pan with a lid to steam the vegetables and remove the lid in a few minutes.
For additional flavor on top of the sake, pour and distribute the soy sauce on the vegetables.
Remove from the heat when everything is done cooking. , Cut the steak into bite size pieces.
