Step 1: Preheat the oven to 200ºC.
Line the baking tray with baking paper. -
Step 2: Place the pastry sheet out on a clean surface.
Cut it in half.
Repeat with the next sheet. , Sprinkle over the cheese evenly. , It should now be shaped like a log. , You will now have little spiral shaped rounds – these are the "snails". ,, Bake for 10 minutes or until the pastry puffs up and turns golden. , Serve on a platter. -
