  1. Step 1: Mix mix sugar with a little bit of extract of your choice in a bowl.

    Stir well with a spoon and let it sit overnight to dry.
  2. Step 2: Take one straw

    ,, Hold this for about four or five seconds. , The sugar should mostly go down at first, but at the end it might need a bit of a tap to get the last bits off into the straw. (make sure that you don't overfill it, fill it up till you're about an inch (about two and half centimeters) from the top. ,,
  3. Step 3: and your lighter.

  4. Step 4: Use the lighter and put it to ONE end of the straw.

  5. Step 5: Take the needle-nose pliers and clamp them down onto the straw.

  7. Step 7: put the small end into the straw

  8. Step 8: and pour your mixture of sugar and extract (and/or kool-aid packs

  9. Step 9: or juice powder etc) into the funnel.

  10. Step 10: Use your lighter again and hold it to the top (the end that isn't sealed already) and then clamp the needle nosed pliers onto it for four or five seconds.
