Step 1: Go to Paradise Falls.
Talk to Grouse at the entrance. -
Step 2: He will offer you a quest.
Accept it.
He will give you the Mesmetron. , Using V.A.T.S., lock onto a person's head. , It will either stun them, make them aggressive, or blow their heads up.
It usually stuns them. , They will allow you to pillage their inventory.
If you so choose, place a slave collar on them and send them back to Paradise Falls. -
Step 3: Take out the Mesmetron and crouch until you are hidden.
