Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1: Start facing the front.
Relax your arms in front of your body.
Slightly bend your knees, and make sure your heels are off the ground. -
Step 2: Put your weight onto the ball of your left foot
To perform a shuffle, pick up your leg and brush your toes across the floor so your leg finishes in front of you.
Then perform the step in reverse (bring your leg backwards whilst brushing the toes on the floor.) ,, Land on the ball of your right foot, and raise your left foot the same way your left one was. ,,, The whole exercise, however, consists of two time steps and a 'break'. ,, (Brush the toes forward then back) ,,,,,,,,, You have just performed a Single Time Step! -
Step 3: and 'shuffle' on the right foot.

Step 4: Hop on the left foot

Step 5: with your right foot still raised.

Step 6: 'Spring' onto the right foot.

Step 7: Brush your left toes forward and then step onto the left foot

Step 8: Step onto your right foot (behind).

Step 9: You have just performed a single time step.

Step 10: Repeat steps 2 - 6 in reverse (on the other foot)

Step 11: Shuffle with your right foot.

Step 12: Hop on the left foot

Step 13: Spring onto the right foot

Step 14: Shuffle with the left foot

Step 15: then step onto the left foot.

Step 16: Shuffle and step on the right foot

Step 17: Shuffle and step on the left foot

Step 18: Step on the right foot.

Step 19: The last 8 counts were 'The Break'.

Step 20: The entire exercise is 2 time steps

Step 22: and then the whole thing gets repeated.
