How to Play Penny Tray

Step-by-Step Guide

   Step 1: Both players need to be in the front seats of the car.

   If the player can't agree on which seat to sit in, it will be decided by the flipping of a coin.

   Step 2: Empty your ashtray out and get some change (pennies are preferred).

   ,,, If you take your elbow off the seat back the shot doesn't count. , If this penny goes in, then the other player throws one penny.
   
   After both players have thrown their pennies, the turn is over.
   
   If one player missed the shot, then that person loses.
   
   If both players miss, then another round occurs.
   
   If both player make the shots, then you move on to turn two. , These pennies must be thrown at the same time. ,,,

   Step 3: Make sure that your seat is moved all the way back and then lean the seat back at a 45 degree angle.

   Step 4: The point of Penny Tray is to toss change into the tray.

   Step 5: Keep your elbow on the seat back.

   Step 6: The person in the drivers seat throws one penny at the ashtray.

   Step 7: During turn two

   Step 8: each player must throw two pennies in the ashtray.

   Step 9: This process continues with the amount of pennies consecutively increasing until someone loses.

    Step 10: The winner gets all of the change that is in the ashtray.

    Step 11: This is a fun way to pass time and it is unlikely that you will every lose much money.
