Step 1: Open a Google Chrome browser session on your Windows or Mac computer.
Download the Google Chrome browser from https://www.google.com/chrome/browser/ if the browser is not already installed on your machine. ,,,,,,,,,, For example, to print a page from within Google Chrome, click on “File” and select “Print.” The printer will then print the page or document you specified on your Chromebook. -
Step 2: Power on your printer.

Step 3: Click on the Chrome menu button displayed at the top right corner of your Chrome browser.

Step 5: Navigate to the bottom of the Settings page and click on “Show advanced settings.”

Step 6: Click on “Add printers” below the section entitled

Step 8: Sign into the same Google account you’re signed into on your Chromebook.
