Step 1: Open up SketchUp and create something.
Something that has a few angles for you to measure. -
Step 2: Click on the Protractor tool in the large toolbar.
Be sure that you are on the proper surface.
The protractor will work in all directions. , (First click) , (Second click) , 45 for 45 degrees. (Third click) For a 45 degree angle, you would put in the 3rd click and then type 45 and hit the Enter key.
This will give you the 45 degree angle you want. -
Step 3: Click once on the place that you want to start

Step 4: such as the corner.

Step 5: Move to where you want to start measuring the angle from.
