How to Unlock the Hunter Civilian in Burnout Paradise

Step-by-Step Guide

   Step 1: Load "Burnout Paradise" on the Xbox 360.

   You should see DJ Atomika telling you to "Shut down the Hunter Citizen to own it".,, The Citizen is a strong car and can retaliate, so grab an aggressive car like the Pioneer or Inferno Van to shut it down.
   
   If you still have trouble, try one of these approaches: "Boost ram" it by activating the boost and boosting to the side of the Citizen.
   
   Then take it down from there.
   
   Get your strongest car, like a Takedown 4x4 or Inferno Van, and shove it into the wall until it's taken down (a "Grinding"  Takedown). ,,, It's marked as an event circle with a big white star.,,,, This should bring you right outside of the Lone Stallion Ranch.
   
   This completes the Burning Route.,,,,

   Step 2: Get your Class A license and complete 98 events.

   Step 3: Drive around the city until you see an aggressive police vehicle.

   Step 4: Take it down.

   Step 5: Go to the nearest junkyard.

   Step 6: Go to either "Police Vehicles" or "Paradise Cars" and select the Hunter Citizen.

   Step 7: Head to the Burning Route for the Hunter Citizen.

   Step 8: Head down the tunnel.

   Step 9: Go to the second shortcut along the road it tells you to go on.

    Step 10: Stunt to the South Bay Expressway.

    Step 11: Take the second super jump.

    Step 12: Select the Hunter Civilian in the "Paradise Cars" menu.

    Step 13: Select "Finish 2".

    Step 14: Put the paint color to metallic and select dark black.
