Step 1: Get some old socks you no longer need.
Except for the outer sock, all the other ones can have holes in them. -
Step 2: Take one sock (with no holes) and stuff it with about five of the other unwanted socks.
Fit them in so that they sit comfortably and the end result is squishy but not lumpy. , (Leave the toe end intact.) , Press down as much as you can and tie again to prevent the knot from coming undone. , It should look a bit like a two tailed fish but your dog will just see it as pure fun. , -
Step 3: Cut a small slit each side at the top of the leg end of the outside sock to make something to tie with.

Step 4: Tie the two sides together in a tight knot.

Step 5: Fluff up the toy and make sure it's not lumpy.
