Step 1: Take a sheet of plain white paper.
Make sure it has no ink on it.
Now, cut it in to strips.
These do not have to be equal.
Repeat this process as much as you like. -
Step 2: Soak the strips in a bowl of warm water.
Make sure the water is plain.
As the paper is soaking, tear it up some more. , Squeeze as much water out of it as possible. , Leave it for a few days to dry.
As it is drying, break up the ball into sheds. ,, -
Step 3: Scrunch all the paper bits in to a big ball and remove it from the water.

Step 4: Place the ball in a plastic container and put on the lid.

Step 5: When completely dry and in shreds again
