Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1: Remove all doors and trays from the steamer.
The solid tray should be placed on the top rack facing upwards.
The tray with vents within them should be on the bottom rack.
The doors can be placed one by one into the slots located in the front of the steamer.

Step 2: Pour water into the steamer so that it covers the heating source.

Step 3: Place the trays back into the steamer.

Step 4: Place hot dogs on the bottom tray.

Step 5: Place hot dog buns on the top tray.

Step 6: Plug the steamer into an outlet.

Step 7: Turn the switch on.

Step 8: Turn the thermostat on to high until the steamer begins to steam

Step 9: then turn it back down to medium.
