Step 1: http://registry.gimp.org/node/18522 .

Install it to the following folder:
C:\Program Files\GIMP\share\gimp\2.0\scripts -
Step 2: Open Gimp.
,, A menu will appear.
Select Script-Fu > Blur > Lightsaber.
Click on it.An options box will come up.
Select the desired Colour and Width of the lightsaber, and click OK. , You will now have a lightsaber.
Please Note:
In some High Contrast photos, this effect won't always be visible.
To fix this, simply undo the effect, open the options again, and tick the box "alpha mode". -
