  1. Step 1: Right-click on an image and click on Open with….

    It's in the pop-up menu. , Paint automatically ships with most versions of Windows., It's a tab near the top of the window., This will open the "Resize and Skew" dialog box.,, To do so:
    Click on Percentage to enter a percentage in either the "Vertical" or "Horizontal" field and reduce the image size by a certain proportion.

    Click on Pixels to enter specific dimensions in the "Vertical" or "Horizontal" field. ,,,, The image will be saved with the dimensions you specified.
  2. Step 2: Click on Paint.

  3. Step 3: Click on Home.

  4. Step 4: Click on Resize.

  5. Step 5: Check Maintain aspect ratio.

  6. Step 6: Set a new size for the image.

  7. Step 7: Click on OK.

  8. Step 8: Click on File in the menu bar

  9. Step 9: then click on Save as….

  10. Step 10: Type a name for the image in the "File name:" field.
