How to Send a Secret Message Through a Picture
If you have a .bmp picture file, then skip to Preparing message section. , To create a .bmp picture file follow these steps.

Step 1: If you have a .bmp picture file
If you have a picture of any format, then follow below steps.
Open that picture with MS Paint or any image editor.
You can open MS Paint by clicking Start->Run, then type mspaint and hit Enter.
Click on File->Save as.
Write the File name (say pic) and choose 24-bit Bitmap (*.bmp,*.dib) or any .bmp type from the Save as type drop down list.
Click on Save and exit from the MS Paint or any image editor that you are using.
If you have not any picture file, then open MS Paint or image editor.
Draw any picture and save it in .bmp format. -
