How to Use People Recognition in Photoshop Elements
Open up Adobe Elements Organizer., In the lower right hand side of the screen, click on the silhouette., Start identifying the faces., Do further identification., Continue the process.

Step 1: Open up Adobe Elements Organizer.
The screen that follows is the one where you identify faces. , Don't be surprised if there are multiples of the same faces.
Different angles can 'confuse' the facial recognition.
Once identified, click on 'Save'. , After you have saved the responses/names, then you will get a screen that asks you to include or exclude any of the offered images. , You will continue to verify/identify images that the program can't.
Once completed, you will see the tags on the lower right side of the screen. -
