How to Add Friends on Pokémon X

Step 1: Get your friend’s friend code.
You will need this to add his or her to your Friends List. -
Step 2: Turn on your Nintendo 3DS or 2DS.
To turn on your device, press the Power button on the front of the device once.
Wait for a few seconds and your Nintendo device will open. , After opening your Nintendo device, you will see the home menu screen.
On the top, tap the orange smiley face icon to open the Friends List. , Tap the “Register friend” button located on top to add a friend. , A message will appear asking if you will register a friend either through “Local” or the “Internet.” Choose “Internet” to add friends no matter where there location is.
You can choose “Local” if the friend that you want to register is physically located close to you. , Tap “OK” when you’re finished.
Your friend will be immediately added to your Friends List. , After adding your friend’s code, go back to the home menu by tapping “Close” and then tapping “Home menu.” Make sure that your Pokémon X game is inserted on your Nintendo device.
If it is, a “Pokémon X” game button should appear on the middle of the home menu.
Click on the button to start the game.
Click your profile to load your previously saved game. , Choose a Pokémon that can use fly and use that fly to Kiloude City.
From the Pokémon center, go to the right and then turn upwards on the last corner of the road.
Stop when you see a building with a green Pokéball on top.
Enter that building and then walk towards the lady in front of the desk and then choose “Go to Safari.” , The list of your friends will appear on the bottom screen.
Choose a friend to be able to go in their safari.
After choosing a friend, click “Yes” and then you will now be able to enter your friend’s safari. -
Step 3: Open the Friends List.

Step 8: Go to Pokémon Friend Safari.
