Step 1: Under Insert tab
In the text box, type the numbers from 9 down to

Set font size as 40 and apply a desired font style.Hold Ctrl and drag the text box to make 3 additional copies in the same slide.
Select all four text boxes and click Drawing Tool tab > Align > Align Top. -
