How to Track and Rotate Text in Inkscape

Step-by-Step Guide

   Step 1: Open Inkscape

   Don't span a frame with the tool, as in that case moving and rotating doesn't work afterwards.
   
   The font used here is called Kartika to show you the effects.

   Step 2: click on the text tool (capital A) and type in your text in your document.
