How to Access Gmail in Outlook

   Step 1: Check the box next to "Manually configure server settings" if you cannot set up your account automatically or through an unencrypted connection to the mail server.

   Step 6: Type in the full server name provided by your Internet Service Provider (ISP) or email administrator in the "Incoming Mail Server" and "Outgoing Mail Server" fields.
