Step 1: Open your iPhone's Settings.
This is the gray cog icon located on one of your home screens or in your “Utilities” folder. -
Step 2: Tap General.
,,, You will see a checkmark appear next to the word "Speaker." Your phone will now be set to speaker mode in every phone and Facetime call you make.
You will now see the speaker button highlighted every time you start a call.
To exit speaker mode, tap on the button while in a call. -
