  1. Step 1: Open the Virtual Machines view and select the required VMware or Hyper-V host in the infrastructure tree.

    Note that you can create only one virtual machine backup of a single VM at a time.
  2. Step 2: Right-click the virtual machine you want to back up and select VeeamZIP.

    You can also select the required VM and click VeeamZIP on the toolbar.

    To quickly find the needed VM in your infrastructure, you can search by name. , In the Destination section, click Browse and select a local folder to which you want save your file. , You can choose one of the five ways to reduce the backup file size (None to Extreme compression). ,, During the backup process run, you can monitor the statistics of its performance and success in real-time.
