Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Step 1: Open your iPhone's Photos.

    It's the multicolored pinwheel icon on the Home Screen.
  2. Step 2: Tap an album.

    You should have several albums listed here, including "All Photos" and "Videos".

    If you don't see any albums, tap Albums in the bottom right corner of the screen. ,, It's on the bottom of the screen, to the left of the garbage can icon. , It's to the right of the three overlapping circles at the bottom of the screen. ,,, The slider at the bottom of the screen changes the color depth of the black and white tones in your photo.

    Dragging the slider left will reduce the depth, while dragging it right will increase it. , It's in the bottom right corner of the screen.

    Doing so will save the changes to your photo.
