Step 2: Run and type REGEDIT and press Enter ;

Step 3: Navigate to the following key: HKEY_CURRENT_USER \ Software \ Microsoft \ Protected Storage System Provider \ <SID for your Account>

Step 4: Assign your user account Full Permission for this key
