Step 1: Tap on “Settings” from the Home screen of your Android tablet.
At this time, it is not possible to change a restricted profile into a standard user profile.
Alternately, you can delete a restricted profile completely, and have the user set up a new standard profile on the tablet.
Tap on the trash can icon displayed to the right of the restricted user profile in “Settings” to delete that particular profile. -
Step 2: Tap on “Users” in the left sidebar.

Step 3: Tap on the settings icon displayed to the right of the user profile for which you want parental controls disabled.

Step 4: Toggle all applications to “On” to enable all apps for use.
