Step 1: Sign in with an administrator account.
Guest and standard accounts will not be able to downgrade.
To see what account type you have, go to Start > Click/tap profile picture > Change account settings.
Look under your username. -
Step 2: Open the Windows 10 Settings app.
This can be found on the bottom-left of the Start menu or by searching with Cortana. ,,,,, It will then take you through the downgrade process. -
Step 3: Click or tap the Update & security category.
