Step 1: Head to the Eclipse link the the Sources and Citations section;
Choose the 32 or 64 bit version next to "Eclipse Classic" depending on what type of operating system you are running. ,, Scroll down a bit and click the download button in the Java SE 7 row and under the JDK column.
Download and install that if you haven't done so before. , For example My Documents. ,,,, -
Step 2: The website will figure out what OS you are running on and provide you with a list of downloads.

Step 3: Choose the option next to the big green arrow that says (http) somewhere in it

Step 4: then eclipse will begin downloading.

Step 5: While it's downloading head to the Java link in the Sources And Citations section.

Step 6: Once Eclipse has downloaded extract it to a place you will remember.

Step 7: Open the folder you extracted eclipse to and double-click on Eclipse.exe

Step 8: You will be asked to choose a work-space

Step 9: make a new folder somewhere you will remember and click next.
