How to Edit a Group Description on Facebook on Android

Step 1: Open Facebook.

If you haven’t yet signed in, enter your email address/phone number and password and tap Log In. -

It’s near the top-right corner of the screen. ,, You can use the Sort drop-down near the top-right corner of the screen to change the way groups appear. , It’s beneath the group’s cover image, right next to the “Search” button.
A menu will appear. , Remember, you'll only be able to change a group’s description if you’re a group admin. ,, Type the description into the box labeled “Description.” , The group’s description will update immediately. -
