How to Edit Tips With the Yelp for iPhone App

Step-by-Step Guide

   Step 1: Download

   You'll arrive at a page listing all of your tips that you've added to businesses. ,,,, Both buttons will bring you to the point you should be at after finishing the editing job.
   
   If you'd like to delete the Tip entirely, the Delete Tip button is there to help.
   
   It can be found right next to the "Update Tip" button.
   
   After opening the page that allows you to edit the tip, you can tap the Delete Tip button and tap Yes to verify that you really want to delete the tip.

   Step 2: install and open the Yelp for iPhone app from the Apple AppStore (if you haven't already done so).

   Step 3: Login to the Yelp for iPhone app

   Step 4: with your Yelp credentials

   Step 5: (if you haven't done so already).

   Step 6: Tap the "About Me" tab from the 9-button menu from the black bar at the bottom of the screen.

   Step 7: Scroll the page down until you see an option labeled "Tips"

   Step 8: and tap this button.

   Step 9: Scroll down until you find the tip you need to make the edit to.

    Step 10: Tap the Edit button just slightly below the tips' text and to the right of "View your tip page".

    Step 11: Make any applicable revisions to the item.

    Step 12: Tap the Update Tip button at the bottom of the tip screen (and slightly above the iPhone Keyboard) or

    Step 13: if you'd prefer to tap a shorter phrased button

    Step 14: tap the "Update" button from the top right corner of the screen.
