How to Import Pictures Into Windows Movie Maker

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Step 1: Open up Windows Live Movie Maker located under the programs menu after going into start.

    So you can go ahead and click right on that caption. , If your pictures are located here go ahead and look for all the pictures you want.

    If you have your pictures elsewhere you can browse other sources such as the desktop, documents, downloads...etc.

    These are located on the right side of your document browser. , (When you hold down shift it allows you to highlight multiple pictures and thus import them all at the same time.

    Once you have selected all your photos click the button that says "open" and the selected pictures will automatically be imported to Windows Live Movie Maker. , Don't worry if you want them in a different order just simply click and drag your photos in a specific order. (if you don't like a photo, just click on it and hit the delete button on your keyboard.

    You are now ready to begin the construction of a photo slide. , Look at the tool bar at the top of the page on the top left side you will see an icon that says "add videos and photos." If you click this button, it will bring you directly to the document browser so you can search further photos. ,
