How to Keep Songs at the Same Volume on an iPhone
Open the iPhone's Settings., Scroll down and tap Music., Scroll down and slide the Sound Check button to the On position.

Step 2: Scroll down and tap Music.
This is about half way down the page. , The button will turn green when on.
Sound Check scans your songs in the background and equalizes the volume to a moderate level.Sound Check only works with with .mp3, .AAC, .wav, and .aiff file types.
Sound Check does not make any permanent changes to the music file itself.
Turning off Sound Check will return it to its original volume. -
