  1. Step 1: Start creating a new Gmail contact by clicking on the “Contacts” link located on the left side of the page.

    This opens the Contact Manager.
  2. Step 2: Click on the button marked “New Contact.” You’ll find it in the upper left-hand corner of the Contact Manager.

    In new versions, this button is depicted with a plus sign and an icon that looks like the head and shoulders of a person. , Here you can enter the contact’s name, title, company name, phone number, address, Web site, birthday and any other notes you want to add.
