Windows 10 users can simply search control panelvia the search bar on their taskbar.
If that isn't present, press the Start button and begin typing.

Press ⊞ Win+R.
Type control, control.exe, or control panel.
Hit ↵ Enter or press OK. , Use the address bar:
Click the mini arrow next to the icon.
Select Control Panel from the dropdown.
Open the executable file:
Type "%systemroot%\system32\control.exe" into the address bar.
Hit ↵ Enter or click → at the end of the address bar., Open the Settings app.
Type control panel and choose the matching result. , Click the Windows icon in the lower-left part of your screen.
Go to the Apps list.
Go to Windows System.
Select Control Panel. -
