  2. Step 2: Scroll down and tap Messages.

    This is in the fifth section of options. , Sending SMS messages automatically via when WiFi or cell data is unavailable will now be disabled.

    This will only work for existing conversations with other Messages users.

    Conversations with Android, other non-Messages users, or starting a new conversation with other Messages users will default to SMS and will not be blocked by this feature.In order to fully block SMS messages sent from your phone, you should contact your carrier.
