  1. Step 1: Navigate to the Home screen of your device running iOS 7.;

    The Spotlight search box will display at the top of your screen.

    Avoid swiping down from the very top of the screen, since this action will display the Notification Center. , Spotlight will browse and search your apps, notes, contacts, and all other content based on your search criteria.,,, By default, all content types are included in Spotlight searches. , Going forward, Spotlight searches will only return results for the content selected.
  2. Step 2: Swipe down from the middle of the screen.
