How to Unblock Contacts or Callers on an iPhone
Open your iPhone’s Settings., Tap Phone., Tap Call Blocking & Identification., Tap Edit., Select a caller to unblock., Tap Unblock., Tap Done.

Step 1: Open your iPhone’s Settings.
It’s a gray icon with an image of sprockets on your home screen. -
Step 2: Tap Phone.
It’s in the fifth section of the menu. , It’s the second setting in the "Calls" section of the menu.
A list of all the contacts and phone numbers you've previously blocked will appear. , It's in the upper-right corner of the screen. , Do so by tapping the red circle next to the phone number or name of the blocked caller. , It will appear in a red button to the right of the selected caller.
Select other callers to unblock one at a time. , It's in the upper right corner of the screen.
Now the previously-blocked callers that you've unblocked can reach you on your iPhone, once again. -
Step 3: Tap Call Blocking & Identification.

Step 4: Tap Edit.

Step 5: Select a caller to unblock.
