How to Unblock Someone on Twitter

   Step 1: Click your profile image in the upper-right corner and select "Settings."

   This will open your account settings.

   Step 2: Click the "Blocked accounts" option in the left menu.

   A list of all of the accounts you have blocked will be displayed. , It will turn into an "Unblock" button as you hover your cursor over it. , The "Blocked" button will turn into a "Follow" button after unblocking the user.
