  1. Step 1: Download SocialSafe for free from their website and install.

    Then select 'Add your Twitter Account'.
  2. Step 2: Add your Twitter account by signing into Twitter using your normal login details.

    (SocialSafe never sees nor stores this information). ,, So if anyone ever unfollows you, they will be moved into the 'Lost Followers' part of your library. ,, You can then click on the Folder icon to export to file. , Viewing the file in Excel (or a similar programme) will allow you to analyse this data and look for trends.
