Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Step 1: Open your web browser and visit the Facebook website.

    You'll find an app called "My Notes" with an icon like a sheet of notebook paper. (You can more easily find this app, by browsing right to the Notes application itself. ,,,,,,,, Once published, a status message saying that you've published a Note will appear on your Wall/Timeline.

    You may also preview this message before you fully publish it, or you may discard it (cancel it's publishing) by clicking the "Discard" button.
  2. Step 2: Click into the search box at the top of the webpage and type the term "Notes" into the page.

  3. Step 3: Authorize the application for use.

  4. Step 4: Click the "Add Note" button that is just towards the top right of the page.

  5. Step 5: Type a good title for the blog posting.

  6. Step 6: Type a body paragraph or letter about whatever you want to write about.

  7. Step 7: Scroll down on the page

  8. Step 8: to include some "tags" that make your posting be found easier by your friends.

  9. Step 9: Add a few photos about your event or whatever you've talked about in the posting (if applicable)

  10. Step 10: by clicking the "Add a photo" link-button from that same page.

  11. Step 11: Try to decipher who has access to read this specific note.

  12. Step 12: Click the "Publish" button to save your work.
