How to Cancel a Groupon Getaways Trip

Step-by-Step Guide

   Step 1: Log in to the Groupon site and click on your name in the top right corner.

   Click on the "edit" button next to a Groupon Getaway that you want to cancel.
   
   You can then cancel through the edit screen.
   
   If there is no edit button, you'll have to cancel manually.
   
   Read the Groupon Getaways package carefully to see what the rules are for this particular Groupon.
   
   Click the "Contact Us" button. , Click "I need to edit or cancel an order" form the second drop-down selection.
   
   Click "Continue" at the bottom of the screen. , Click "Submit" to send the request.

   Step 2: Select "My Groupons" from the drop-down that pops up.

   Step 3: Click on "Show all" to make sure they are all listed.

   Step 4: Select "I need help with... editing or cancelling an order" from the drop-down menu in the new screen.
