Step 1: Visit an Embassy of Sweden with the child.
Make sure that the embassy you visit offers passport services.
Typically, only 1 Embassy of Sweden in each country offers such services. -
Step 2: Provide 2 copies of the following form: http://www.polisen.se/Global/www%20och%20Intrapolis/Blanketter/Pass/RPS-531-2-pass-underarig.pdf.
One form should be completed by each parent. , Only do this if 1 parent has been given custody of the child. ,,,,, Only do this if you gained citizenship in your current country before July 1,
