Step 1: Sign in to Blogger.
Go to Blogger and sign in with your email and password. -
Step 2: Open Layout Settings.
Select Layout from the side panel. , Click Edit from the favicon box. , Select a favicon file from your computer.
Use a square image that's less than 100 KB. , Click on the Save to save the new favicon. (You need to click Save twice: once for uploading the icon and again for saving the settings). -
Step 3: Open favicon settings.

Step 4: Upload a custom favicon.
