  1. Step 1: Egg whisker or a fork will do

    You don't need a lot of oil as this is a non stick skillet. ,,,,,,,, Cover the skillet with its cover.

    It should take around 4-5 minutes or less a side to be cooked and then you will turn it over.

    Chicken is done when the pink meat turns white.

    This should take around 8 to 10 minutes or less on medium heat.

    The only way to be sure it is safe to eat however is to use an instant read thermometer you want the internal temperature in the cutlet to reach 165 °F (74 °C) ,, They will be good to eat for another 2 days,but if you're like most people they will be gone in another day!

  10. Step 10: If you want a plain chicken breast you can skip the eggs and breadcrumbs and just place it in the skillet.

  11. Step 11: Turn the heat to medium heat and begin cooking the chicken breasts.

  12. Step 12: Close the heat and immediately serve your chicken breasts with your favorite side dish or make a chicken breast sandwich with some barbecue sauce.

  13. Step 13: Be sure to promptly refrigerate the unused cooked breasts in a plastic closed container.
